Note : Participants taking this package will be charged for any therapy, either Naturopathy or Ayurvedic which they choose to take. Appointments will be subject to availability.
2) Yoga and Naturopathy : A de-stress & rejuvination program. This includes Yoga sessions, experiential sessions of Pranayama & Tratak, lectures and nature cure therapies such as mud therapy, hydro therapy, local massages etc.
Duration Minimum 7 Days.

3) Yoga and Ayurveda Panchkarma : A de-stress, Rejuvenation & Detoxification program. This includes Yoga sessions, experiential sessions of Pranayama & Tratak, special diet, lectures. Internal lubrication to detach toxicity, number of Ayuverd therapies.

Please note :-
1. The packages are of Seven days minimum. Subject to room availability, participants may extend their stay for additional days. Charges applied will be on a pro- rata basis.
2. Normally, change in the package would not be permissible unless it is recommended by the medical officer.
3. For Yoga practitioners or individuals who want to recheck their practices, a stay of 2 – 3 days may be permitted. However these reservations can be made only for current week on the Monday of the week.
