A de-stress & rejuvenation program. This includes Yoga sessions, experiential sessions of Pranayama &Tratak, lectures and nature cure therapies such as mud therapy, hydro therapy, local massages etc.

A de-stress, rejuvenation & Detoxification program. This includes Yoga sessions, experiential sessions of Pranayama & Tratak, special diet, and lectures. Internal lubrication to detach toxicity, number of Ayurveda therapies.

Note:
- The packages are for a week which starts on a Sunday. The extension is on a weekly basis. Above are the charges for the S.A.D.T. Gupta Yogic Hospital and Health Care Centre.
- If the participants in the cottages opt for different packages the charges would be pro-rata of each package as applicable to cottage.
- Participants staying for second week in Yoga and Naturopathy or Yoga and Ayurveda package Will get 10% discount for the 2nd week and 15% discount for the 3rd week and more. This discount is available only when there is continuous stay in the same packages.
- Check in on Sunday after 1:00 pm. Medical check up at 1:00 pm.
Booking will be confirmed only upon advance payment of Rs. 2000 for Yoga and Relaxation Package, Rs.3000 for Yoga and Naturopathy and Rs.4000 for Yoga and Ayurveda/Panckarma.
