Raja Yoga Sadhana

(The Ancient Science for self- motivation and self-transformation)

What?

In Sanskrit, raja means ‘king” or ‘royal,” referring to the status of Raja yoga as a “royal path”’ or principal form of yoga. Traditionally, Raja yoga refers to both the goal of yoga and the method of attaining it. As such, it is also considered to be the state of peace and contentment that arises from sustained yoga and meditation practice.

Raja Yoga is an ancient Indian science which was revealed in the contemporary times by the great spiritual giant Swami Vivekananda. Swami Vivekananda communicated it to the Western intelligentsia for the first time in simple language and in the idioms of modern science, over a century ago.

Why?

The aim is to demystifying the Royal Science for Self-motivation and Self-transformation.
