“Yoga Se Sah-yog” was the theme of the event attended by nearly 1000 people from different organisations around Lonavala like navy, police, corporates and educational institutes.

Officers were introduced to yoga through a workshop “Yog ek Vaigyanik Drishtikon”, at Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala.
