Non-communicable diseases like cancer, diabetes and other lifestyle rooted diseases kill over 40 million people each year, which is equivalent to 70% of all deaths globally. Kaivalyadhama has been conducting evidence based scientific research and programs which have helped ushering holistic improvement of health and psychological empowerment to people suffering from non-communicable diseases through yoga and allied therapy.

Justice M. L. Pendse Centre for Cancer Survivors & Lifestyle Conditions (Project Anand) is committed to organizing regular programs and workshops for such people. The Centre provides a word class infrastructure for accommodation, sattvic food, relaxation, rejuvenation, treatment, and therapies.

SOHAM, the flagship programs offered by Kaivalyadhama offers immersive healing, and compassionately addresses physical, psychological, social, and emotional aspects of chronic ailments, addictions and co-occurring disorders.

The Road Ahead

Phase One

The first phase of Project Anand was inaugurated on 10th December 2023, by the Honorable Chief Justice of India, Dr. Dhananjaya Y. Chandrachud and we are ready to serve with 18 rooms, dining hall, library etc.
Phase Two

Phase two of the project has now begun, which will add 12 more rooms, a meditation hall, treatment rooms apart from other open spaces.
Our Plea

We request you to consider a generous donation which would enable us to complete phase two of the project and serve the people who are Cancer survivors and those affected by lifestyle conditions. The greatest gift of mankind is to support another human being, and nothing can measure the joy of giving when it’s for someone who is without hope and support.
