The Immersive Course in Yoga emphasizes integration of the classical yogic texts with the practice of teaching.
Subtler and multi-disciplinary aspects of Yoga theory and practice are covered to help participants get a deeper understanding of the impact of yogic practices on the anatomy and physiology of human body.
The program involves active participation through discussions, lectures, and hands-on training to gain new insights on what it means to be a Yoga teacher and to enhance teaching abilities.
The syllabus includes theoretical outlook of scientific Yoga, nuances of meditative practices, experiential sessions in practical yoga, as well as, cleansing processes.
After successful completion of the program, the student will be able to prudently guide others for performing advanced yoga practices.

Eligibility
Education: Immersive Course in Yoga intends to delve deeper into the subtle understanding of the texts and practices. Applicants need to ensure that they have requisite experience and the will to go in depth.
Therefore, it is recommended that the applicants should have at least 200 hours education in Yoga and one-year experience of Yoga practice.
