In-Service Teachers' Training Course
Duration: 21 days – 150 Hours
This course is aimed at school teachers who wish to hone their overall yoga teaching skills and impart the elementary knowledge of yoga to school students covering overview of Yoga, its principles, philosophy, practices, and scientific techniques.
The program enhances the teaching quality of participants for improved student learning and implementation.
Short modules and teaching methodologies have been specially designed for professionals already working as teachers.
The course will also help refresh or upgrade the participants’ Yogic professional knowledge, skills, and practices.
