Kriya Yoga Anushthana

Kriya Yoga offers a direct approach for “attenuation of kleshas” and “cultivating inner ambience for samadhi” according to Patanjala Yoga Sutra. Therefore, every year kriya yoga anushthana is held under the guidance of our Chairman, Rev. Swami Maheshananda. This year the Kriya Yoga Anushthana is being held from February 22 to 27, 2020. Rev. Swami Anubhavananda-ji, will deliver a discourse in the form of “Swadhyaya” as a part of Anushthana.
Kriya Yoga Anushthana would include:
1. Pooja and Havana, Practice of Pranayama, Omkar andrecitation of Mantras, led by Rev. Swami Maheshananda.
2. Daily Discourse by Swami Anubhavananda-ji as “Swadhyaya” part of Kriya Yoga.
3. Practice of Yogasanas and Pranayama.

The Kriya Yoga Anushthana is for the College Students, however outside participants are welcome.
For outside participants, dormitory accommodation shall be provided at Rs. 500 per day (with meals). For those who arrange accommodation outside, they can attend at Rs. 250 per day (with meals).
