Spirometry:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To assess the lung capacity of the patient, this will be a personal equipment of the member and shall not be shared. Respirometer 3 Ball Lung Exerciser\u00a0shall also be used along with pranayama in the class to further improve the lung capacity.<\/p>\n

Jeewan Yantra<\/strong> invented by Swami Ji will also be used to improve the lung capacity of the members.<\/p>\n

Class to be conducted by experience teachers twice a day<\/p>\n

Morning:<\/strong> 7.30 AM to 8.30 AM<\/p>\n

Evening:<\/strong> 6.00 PM to 7.00 PM<\/p>\n
