The Menopause Mastery Retreat at Kaivalyadhama is designed for women who want to stop “coping” and start leading their transition with awareness and power. Across three days of guided learning, movement, and self-reflection, you’ll discover what’s happening in your body, what actually helps, and how to move forward feeling supported and capable. It’s your space to reset, realign, and reclaim this phase on your terms.

A New Way to Experience Menopause

Menopause isn’t a crisis. But it can feel like your body suddenly changed the rules without warning.

Your sleep goes off. Your moods surprise you. Your energy doesn’t behave the way it used to and on top of all that, you’re expected to “just deal with it.”

This retreat exists because you shouldn’t have to navigate this phase guessing.

At Kaivalyadhama, you’ll finally get space to understand what’s happening inside you — in simple language, without fear, without shame, without that feeling of being lost in medical jargon.

You’ll learn what your body is trying to say, how to support yourself day-to-day, and how to rebuild trust with a version of you that’s changing.

It’s not a spiritual escape.
It’s not a medical bootcamp.

It’s a grounded, gentle reset — where you get clarity, guidance, and a way forward that actually feels doable.

You walk in with questions you’ve carried for years.
You walk out with answers that finally make sense.

What You Gain from This Retreat?

  • A clearer understanding of what menopause actually does to your body— without the confusion, fear, or mixed messages.
  • Practical ways to handle the day-to-day changes: mood shifts, sleep issues, energy fluctuations, and that sense of “not feeling like yourself.”
  • Tools to reconnect with your body so it doesn’t feel like a stranger you’re constantly trying to negotiate with.
  • Simple practices you can continue at home to feel steadier, supported, and in control of your wellbeing.
  • Guidance on how to talk to your family, partner, and support system so you’re not carrying everything alone.
  • A healthier relationship with your own needs — physical, emotional, and personal — without guilt.
  • A sense of community and relief from realizing you’re not the only one going through this.
  • A personalized plan you can actually follow once you return home, so the retreat doesn’t end the moment you leave.

Who Is This Retreat For?

This retreat is for women who want clarity — not chaos — as their body enters a new phase.

It’s meant for you if:

What You’ll Experience Inside the Retreat?

This retreat isn’t about sitting through sessions and going home with a notebook full of theory.

It’s a slow, structured reset — where your body calms down, your mind finds breathing space, and you finally understand what your system needs in this phase of life.

Here’s what the journey looks like:

  • Therapeutic Āsana sessions that help your joints, muscles, and posture adapt to hormonal shifts with more ease.
  • Prāṇāyāma practices designed for hormonal harmony, so your body feels steadier and less reactive.
  • Meditation and Antar Mouna, giving you a quiet internal space to actually, hear yourself again.
  • Trataka to support focus, sleep regulation, and emotional balance.
  • Lifestyle and daily routine guidance, simplified so it fits into the life of a working woman who doesn’t have hours to spare.
  • A deeply healing therapy schedule (naturopathy and Ayurvedic sessions) that helps your body release stored tension and fatigue.
  • A one-on-one consultation with the naturopathy doctor, helping you understand what your body specifically needs during and after menopause.
  • Sattvic, nourishing meals prepared to support digestion, gut health, and overall hormonal balance.
  • Sessions with a menopause expert on body-awareness, communication, emotional steadiness, and embracing this phase without fear or shame.
  • Simple everyday tools for stress, energy dips, emotional triggers, and fatigue — things you can use long after you return home.
