Shri. Kishore Kumar
Shri. Kishore Kumar is an Assistant Yoga Teacher at Kaivalyadhama Healthcare Centre. He has led yoga classes for the Indian Army as well as individual sessions for patients suffering from diabetes, anxiety, and spinal problems of various ages, from children to senior citizens. Previously, he worked with financial institutions and investment banks, executing and supporting information technology initiatives.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Education from Kaivalyadhama. His vision is to use the therapeutic and scientific parts of yoga practices, as well as relaxation techniques, to address health issues caused by poor lifestyle choices.
Note:
Instruction during the online class:
- Please be seated in a well-ventilated place during the online class, especially for comfort during the practice sessions.
- Keep yourself hydrated throughout.
Instructions for meals before/after the practice:
- In case you have consumed a heavy meal, kindly practice after a gap of at least 4 hours.
- After snacking moderate foods (solids/liquids), practice after a gap of at least 1 hour.
- A meal can be taken after 30 minutes of practice.
