Note:

Instruction during the online class:

  • Please be seated in a well-ventilated place during the online class, especially for comfort during the practice sessions.
  • Keep yourself hydrated throughout.

Instructions for meals before/after the practice:

  • In case you have consumed a heavy meal, kindly practice after a gap of at least 4 hours.
  • After snacking moderate foods (solids/liquids), practice after a gap of at least 1 hour.
  • A meal can be taken after 30 minutes of practice.

Shri. Kishore Kumar

Shri. Kishore Kumar is a Yoga Teacher at Kaivalyadhama Healthcare Centre.

Kishore has the expertise of leading group and Individual sessions for people with various health issues such as diabetes, anxiety, stress, and back pain for all the age groups from children to senior citizens.

He has a unique mix of therapeutic & scientific aspects of traditional yogic practices approach into the teachings and sessions of – Yogasanas, Pranayama & Dharana & Dhyana (Meditation).

Shri. Amit Sharma

A qualified Yoga professional with over 12 years of teaching experience. His classes emphasize the importance of proper alignment and Mindfulness. The sessions conducted by him on traditional yoga practices and breathing practices. Amit aims at guiding people towards life with better physical, mental and emotional well-being through these practical sessions. He has completed his Certificate Course and PGDYED in Yoga and is an expert at delivering excellent sessions.

Ms. Debashri Ganguly

She is currently working as a Yoga Teacher at Health care Center. She holds Grade-A in P.G.Diploma In Yoga Therapy, B.A (Arts with Sanskrit, English & Political Science), she has done a short course on Patanjali Yoga Sutra chanting from Kaivalyadhama.

Worked at various administration roles with different firms, Internship done at Kaivalyadhama Ashram, Attended various Yogic seminars/Competitions/Short Courses. Conducted Yoga Camp for Lonavala Nangargoan Industrial Area (Under Kaivalyadhama SRD Project), Part of Yoga Day faculty for PTS Khandala, Co-ordinator for CCY Bengali conducted by Kaivalyadhama. Conducted chanting session in the CCY Bengali course for participants.

Ms. Shraddha Sharma

Ms. Shraddha, a distinguished Yoga Trainer and Wellness Enthusiast, boasts 12+ years of experience guiding holistic transformations. Her impressive accolades include World Championship Gold (2015) and Asia Cup Silver (2013). Holding a B.A. in Yoga Shastra from the prestigious Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, Lonavala, Shraddha seamlessly blends tradition with modern yoga practices, inspiring wellness journeys globally. She has previously worked with luxury Resorts such as Machan , Greenotel in Lonavala.

She has also worked with Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences, as Yoga faculty and teaching students on their online platform, and worked as a Trainer at Flexify Me conducting numerous sessions daily.

Ms. Ami Kothari

Ms. Ami Kothari is a Yoga Teacher at Kaivalyadhama Mumbai. Has developed keen interest in synthesis of spiritual aspect and healing aspect in Yoga. A practitioner herself, she has a teaching experience of a decade. She continues to share her knowledge and experience with sincere practitioners.
