Important Details

  • Timings of personal online sessions will be planned based on your and faculty’s mutual convenience.
  • Single session duration is of one hour. Number of sessions required, frequency and schedule of sessions will be decided after first consultation with faculty
  • Fees: Rs.1200 per session

About the Faculty

The sessions will be facilitated by Renu Jain, a certified yoga professional with a master’s education in Yogshastra from Kaivalyadhama. She has herself encountered various diseases and is managing the same with the support of a Yoga based lifestyle. Her teaching methodology is simple, direct, participative, result oriented and based on the mind-body connect philosophy of Ashtanga Yoga. She has represented Kaivalyadhama on different forums and has conducted several workshops to help people manage many health conditions with Yoga. Besides delivering Yoga programs, she is a passionate photographer and a badminton player who believes in living life to the fullest and empowering people to make Yoga a way of life and joy their constant companion.
