This program is especially designed for the individuals who have recovered from COVID-19 and are looking for bouncing back to their fighting fit health status, particularly, through improving their lungs capacity, total body detoxification in ridding off the medication effects and discovering their best efficiency and effectiveness in their work a day life & living, and above all, accessing their own peace and harmony within!

Yoga Protocol:

Yoga practice protocol include attitude forming practices of Yama and Niyama, individualized need based and tailor made psycho-physiological practices of Shuddhi Kriyas, Asana, Prayanama, Bandhas and Mudras.  Our specialty is Yoga as therapy, offered with a personalized approach and with a yogic spirit at heart, for the individual in focus thus strengthening internal healing.

Naturopathy

Naturopathy Diet:

  • Vitamin c rich food
  • Use spices like turmeric, jira, ajwain, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom
  • Veg Dalia, Khichdi, idli, and similar low fat diet
  • Dal khichdi, and Boiled legumes can be taken along with fiber rich food
  • Fresh fruits
  • Proper intake of warm water
  • Oats, Spinach, Beans, Milk, Cheese, Pumpkin seeds, Cashews rich in Zinc and Selenium

It removes the congestion from the chest, mobilizes the sputum from the lungs, helps in mobilizing deep rooted phlegm from the lungs, boost immune system

Acupuncture

Helps to boost immune system, helps in expelling the sputum form the lungs

Sun bath

Helps in maintaining the normal body heat, helps in mobilizing the toxins from the body, helps in overall elimination of whole body, boost immune system.

Neutral spinal bath

This helps in expelling sputum out of the lungs, clears of the  air passage, removes the congestion

Ayurveda

Personal consultation giving confidence for better social interaction, emotional strength. It will also help in understanding depth of disturbance, for planning rejuvenation & detoxification treatments.

The program will have herbal decoction tea, different therapies with medicated oil & medicated ghee.

Spirometry:

To assess the lung capacity of the patient.

Dynamometer:

Back leg chest dynamometer to be used for measurement of strength of major muscle groups as it has been observed that post COVID, the patients suffer muscle fatigue, joint pain and generalized muscle weakness.

Ayurvedic Diet:

  • Diet will be planned on the basis of sattvic food, rejuvenating supplements based on dry fruits, chyawanprash etc.

  1. The program is planned for a period of two weeks. The first week is starting off with a Yoga and Naturopathy program and the second week, Yoga and Ayurveda program.
  2. The program is also being offered for a period of one week. You may choose for ‘Yoga and Naturopathy program’ or ‘Yoga and Ayurveda program’.

Cost:

  1. The program cost would be Rs. 20,000 for two weeks, in addition to the cost of the accommodation, which an individual chooses.
  2. The program cost would be Rs. 11,000 for one week, in addition to the cost of the accommodation, which an individual chooses.
