Shri. Ravi Dixit, Joint Director – Kaivalyadhama Mumbai was invited to give a talk and teach ‘Yoga on Chair’ at the ’10th Indian Breast Cancer Survivors’ Conference” held by Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.

- He suggested that women's power should be utilized in dealing with issues of health.
- Importance of cleansing and detoxifying.
- Motivation to follow the principles of 'let go, live, let live and love and bless all'.
- Yoga means 24hrs healthy lifestyle and being positive.
This Kaivalyadhama Outreach urged about 100 attendees to take up yoga practice daily.

Awareness camp on Diabetes Prevention and Control
Lions Club in joint collaboration with Kaivalyadhama and Lonavala Municipal Corporation organized an awareness camp on Diabetes Prevention and Control. In this program, Dr. Agarwal from Sanjeevani Hospital Lonavala, and Mrs. Pratibha Rajbhoj from Kaivalyadhama spoke about the management of diabetes and yoga for the prevention and control of diabetes, respectively. Kaivalyadhama also showed a demonstration of yoga protocol for the prevention and control of diabetes. Additionally, this program provided a free blood test for diabetes.

Kaivalyadhama Pune Team – Diwali with Cancer Warriors. A 5-day kriya yoga workshop from 23rd – 27th October was organized online.
The program intended to extend support and care for Cancer Survivors who could not step out to celebrate Diwali. It was attended by a number of participants (2 hours daily)
The workshop concluded with a Q & A and feedback session with the participants.
Activities -
Day 1 - 23rd October
The first day started with some vyayam. A few participants performed the traditional suryanamaskar along with surya stavan.
Day 2 - 24th October
Being the day of diwali, "Diwali Pahat" was celebrated in an early morning "Pranava" session. 108 chants of pranava were followed by Shavasana meditation.
Day 3 - 25th October
A session on correct breathing methods and nadi shuddhi was conducted on the day of solar eclipse. The participants were given a practice of yogic breathing and anulom vilom
Day 4 - 26th October
What is the meaning of the word "Mantra", how does it help us heal at the level of body, mind and soul and other aspects of mantra yog were discussed during the workshop.
Day 5 - 27th October
Having understood and practiced the method of tapa, swadhyaya and ishwar pranidhan; Kriya Yog as per the Kaivalydham padhati, the participants performed 1 hour of Kriya Yog followed by Shavasana meditation.
We acknowledge the contribution of each and every volunteer for their dedicated efforts towards this workshop.

With our team led by Joint Director Shri. Ravi Dixit, we conducted a session on the Common Yoga Protocol in anticipation of the International Day of Yoga at the Indian Coast Guard Airstation in Daman. Around 1000 people were in attendance including officers, school children and family members. This was a part of the 100 ICONIC places in India i.e. #100Days #100Cities #100Organizations initiative.
We extend our appreciation and gratitude to the Ministry of Ayush, Govt of India, Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga & our Executive Trustee Shri. Subodh Tiwari for organizing this session and for having such a wonderful initiative.
We would also like to thank the Deputy Inspector General Shri. S. Bajpai Indian Coast Guard Airstation, Daman for his pure discipline, determination and dedication due to which this event was a huge success. Shri. S. Bajpai and his team did a wonderful job in organising and ensuring smooth flow and execution of all activities in spite of rains.

On 4th June 2022
For the celebration of Yog Mahotsav 2022 Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute (Branch: Jaipur) conducted a Yoga Session at Rajasthan Police Academy, Jaipur as a Social Outreach Activity.
This training session was specifically sought by Rajasthan Police after the success of previous session conducted at the same facility in the month of May. Session was conducted on the line of Common Yoga Protocol. Officers and trainees of the Rajasthan Police participated in the session enthusiastically. Session was led by Mr. Deepak Choudhary and assisted by Ms. Surbhi Sharma as demonstrator. Participants were made familiar with the traditional Yogic practices with relevant information delivered. Overall response of the participants was positive. Session concluded with gratitude and appreciation extended by senior officers of the academy to the teachers. Under the leadership of Shri Sachin Mittal (ADGP Training) Rajasthan Police is pro-actively engaged with the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute (Branch: Jaipur) for these training sessions and their cooperation and arrangements for the same is kind and helpful.

As a Social Outreach Activity
Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute (Branch: Jaipur) conducted a 12 days Yoga Training Workshop from May 26th to June 6th for the faculties and students of MNIT. MNIT is a prestigious and one of the oldest NITs of the country. MNIT holds the status of Institute of National Interest. This training workshop was organized in two phases, first six days were for faculties and next six days were for students.
Our teacher Mr. Rohit Tak conducted this training workshop all days. Objectives of the sessions were different as per participants. First phase was more about health-related management of mid-life crisis and stress management. Second phase was more about development of insight and interest in young participants towards Yog; Yoga for Young Minds. Traditional information about Yog and Yogic Practices, related scientific information about the practices and methods of practice were demonstrated and taught to the participants. At the conclusion management of the MNIT felicitated the teacher with a memento
as a token of appreciation.

Kaivalyadhama Mumbai began its International Day of Yoga Celebrations for 2022 with the Indian Coast Guard at Worli with over 100 officers and sailors of the Coast Guard.

Kaivalyadhama Jaipur conducted a Yoga Training session for the cadets and officers of Rajasthan Police Academy, Jaipur

Session was attended by some 600+ participants. Session was started early in the morning at sun rise with Shanti Path. Participants were taught and made familiar with the techniques of traditional Yog. A complete session for one hour included Asanas, Pranayamas, Yog Nidra and Dhyan. Session was led by Shri. Vinayak Dixit.
After one-hour comprehensive session participants were trained for Y-Break Yoga program as well. YBreak session was led by Shri. Deepak Choudhary and assisted by Shri. Rohit Tak. Y-Break is a short and easy to adopt Yoga program developed by Ministry of Ayush, Government of India for working professionals. Enthusiasm of the participants throughout the session was remarkable. Both the sessions received thunderous applause from participants at conclusion. Overall arrangements and cooperation of the Rajasthan Police Academy was at par.

CPWD invited Kaivalyadhama Bhopal to conduct Yoga Session on
03 May 2022 for
Yoga Mahotsav 2022.
There were around 50 Officers of CPWD present for the session. The Yoga Session was taken by Shri. Sandeep Dixit from Kaivalyadhama Bhopal branch. Chief Engineer Shri. J. J. R. Meena appreciated the Yoga Session.

Though it is said that a Yogi does not have a date of birth or date of demise, we commemorate such occasions to remind ourselves of the perfection that the yogis achieve. Swamiji is the beacon of perfection in body, mind and spirit and our inspiration to strive for the state of yog
Mrs. Aneesha Redkar from psychology department of SPPU and Dr. Rohit from health centre also did pooja. Volunteers of the Kdham Outreach Group presented a small programme, which included talk on Swamiji's contribution in asanas, kriyas and Scientific Research. Bhrukuti Mahal, Swamiji's bhajan was recited as the participants did pranav jap and Meditation. Prasad and refreshments were served after the programme. 30 people attended this programme.

Kaivalyadhama Yoga Prashikshan Kendra Bhopal, Rotary Club Bhopal South and Apollo Hospital Indore Jointly organized a “ Bone and Joint” Checkup camp on Sunday Date 3rd April 2022 at Kaivalyadhama Bhopal.
In this Medical Camp, Doctors of Apollo Hospital Indore examined the Patients suffering from Bone and Joint Problems. Many Patients got benefited by this medical Checkup Camp.
Shri. Sunil Joshi, Chairman Working Committee Kaivalyadhama Bhopal and Shri. S. K. Dubey, Senior Member Working Committee honored the team of Doctors and people present at the camp.

On 27th March we invited Dr Akash Yadav, MBBS, DNB, FSSNC, FICO (UK) for a lecture on the subject of ophthalmology. He spoke about the anatomy and physiology of eye and common eye conditions. The lecture was attended by more than 30 people. The Q&A section was held at the end of the lecture.

The State Health Assurance Society Mumbai are participating in a capacity building and wellness program. It was a one and half hour session in Yoga Pranayama and Meditation for a group of 80-100 people.

Menon & Magistrate Judge Anushree Rahane. 100 YOGA mats were also gifted to the children by Kaivalyadhama. Joint Director of Kaivalyadhama Mumbai led the inaugural function. Dr. Mehta, Dr. Gaytri, Teachers Pravin, Neha & support staff Vijay were present. Initiation of the implementation of recommendations from the International Conference on Yoga and Mental Health is being undertaken. Foundation course in YOGA & Common Yoga Protocol appreciation course will be a main feature.
