Mrs. Swati Bedekar holds an MBA in Human Resource from the University of Pune. She has spent many years working in the human resource and administrative areas with various organisations, thus acquiring diverse experience. In her current role as the HR Manager, she is responsible for looking after recruitments vis-à-vis payroll, performance analysis, KRA and liasoning with the management to identify the key strengths and resources for manpower development. Mrs. Bedekar has conducted several training sessions with the staff from customer relationship management to team building activities that has helped raise the quality bar within the organisation.
Mrs. Jyoti Soni holds an M.A & M.Phil in Human consciousness and Yogic Science from Bhopal University. With over 5 years of experience in the field of yoga, Jyoti continues to nurture her skills while training and grooming students at the same time. She is currently working as yoga teacher and also assisting in Naturopathy.
Mrs. Sarika Umbre is currently working as a Maintenance supervisor in Kaivalyadhama’s Health Care Centre. Prior to this, she was working in Amby Valley city from last seven years. Her qualification is B.A. She is state level football player.
Mr. Jagtap is currently working at the supervisor in charge of hospitality and maintenance at the health centre. He has a background with diverse experience in the field of hospitality, construction and other industries.
Saraswati is currently engaged in the role of assistant yoga teacher at the Health Care Centre. An ex-student of Kdham, she comes for a background with keen interest in the field.
Mr. Pramod Hatnolkar has around fifteen years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has been a team leader of kitchen stewarding units with hotels and corporates. Currently, he looks after “Sadapurna”, the dining room for guests at the health centre.
Dr. Jagdish is an Ayurvedic physician and a traditional “vaidya”. An expert in pulsee diagnosis, his vast experience has helped numerous seekers towards better health at all levels. He believes in three aspects are important in healing, dawa (herbal medicine/ supplements) ,dua (blessings) and hawa (positive vibrational environment). He has travelled widely across various countries and has is very highly regarded. His complete faith, belief in the traditional approach of Ayurveda enables him to be the instrument of healing.
Ms. Rucha Thorat is currently in charge of the operations at the health care centre. She comes with diverse experience in the hospitality industry having worked in various roles in administration, customer relations, facility management, front office, inter alia. At Kaivalyadhama, her role involves overall supervision and smooth functioning of the day to day activities at the health centre for ensuring the best client experience.
Mr. Neeraj Singh is a science graduate with deep interest in yoga.He completed his Diploma in Yoga from Kaivalyadhama and has wide experience of teaching. He is popular with the international groups, who love his very quite and peaceful demeanor, his clarity and simplicity.
Miss Sindhu Tiwari is currently working as a yoga teacher at the Health Care Centre. With a PG Diploma in Yoga, she aims to pursue a prolific career in yoga, under the dynamic work culture of the institute.
Dr. Ritu Prasad holds a BNYS degree and has specialised training in various aspects of yoga therapy, acupuncture, hydrotherapy to name a few. After finishing her degree, she has worked with some of the reputed NGOs and nature cure organisations. She is currently working as the resident doctor in the naturopathy division of the health care centre.
Dr. Sajith Pillai is working as the resident doctor in the night shift at the health centre. He holds a BAMS degree from MUHS Nashik
Mr. Trishul Thanage is currently working as the accounts executive in the health centre. He plays an active role in the upkeep of day-to-day accounts, payments, invoicing and other functions in finance.
Dr. Gururaj is a young, energetic and meticulous ayurvedic physician. He looks after the day to day working of the Ayurvedic section. He has an experience of six years in practice and completely blends with the yogic environment of the institute with his total dedication and devotion.
Mrs. Bhumi Choksi is currently working as the manager at hospital and health centre. She works in close liaison with the CEO’s office. Besides assisting with administration, her role involves co-ordination for workshops and courses at the health care centre. In the past, she has executed different administrative roles in education, banking and insurance sectors.
Mrs. Sandhya R. Dixit, B.Sc. D.Y.Ed. working as Senior Yoga Teacher for over 30 years at various levels on behalf of Kaivalyadhama institutes. Mrs. Dixit also delivers lectures in Teaching Methods She has also conducted several yoga sessions for industries like L&T, Wartsila, Yoga camps at Agra, Bhopal, Jaipur, Udaipur, Andaman , Delhi. She has visited Russia , Macau and Taipeh (Taiwan) for Yoga Training & Teaching . Her field of interest include yoga teaching & therapy also Shuddhi Kriya techniques. She has also designed a few CDs for Yoga Modules.
Dr. Prakash Agarwal is working with as a senior medical consultant (M.D. ; D.G.O.) He is a visiting doctor at the health care centre of Kaivalyadhama
Mrs Swati Temghare is working as Assistant Accountant. She ensures that the finances of the center are taken care of in the best possible manner. She is quite, hard working but strict when she needs to be. She collects the payments of the participants and provides receipts.
Alifiya has been with the institute for around ten years. Her helpful nature, meticulous execution of work and complete dedication helps her to keep track of all the reservations in the health care center. She also assists the Administrator in his functioning.
Mr. Amit Sharma is working as a yoga teacher. He is responsible for conducting daily classes, practice training for certain workshops and online yoga courses run by the institute.
