Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute invites interested parties to submit tenders for various works related to the improvement and maintenance of the institute’s facilities. The scope of the work includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  1. Construction and Renovation: Upgrades to classrooms, accommodation facilities, and communal spaces.
  2. Landscaping Services: Maintenance and enhancement of the institute’s outdoor areas to maintain a serene and inviting environment.
  3. Electrical, Painting and Plumbing Services: Comprehensive electrical and plumbing works to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  4. Regular Institutional Maintenance: Requirement of support staff for MSW, Security, Technicial services to uphold the quality and integrity of the institute’s facilities.
  5. Service Support & Supply for IT asset: Software and Hardware, Accessories, UPS, Batteries, Server rack, Switches and PAC units.
  6. Printing & Stationery: Bulk printing of our periodicals, letterheads, certificates, accolades, trophies & gifts articles.
  7. Event Management: Requirement of end to end works for events, conference & exhibitions.
  8. Travel Management: Organizing our travel and accommodation as per the itinerary. Visa processing.
  9. Security Management: Enhancing the security services at the institute so as to have best and well trained security team.
  1. The complete tender document, including terms and conditions, specifications, and submission guidelines, will be available from the website ​only.
  2. Interested bidders are requested to submit their tenders by deadline date as mentioned in the tender.
  3. The tenders should be sealed pack and sent to the address as mentioned in the tender.
  4. Pre-bid Meeting: A meeting will be scheduled for addressing vendors queries on the Project / Requirement. The date and time will be communicated.
  5. Last Date for Submission of Tenders: ​Closure date of acceptance of bid will be as specified on the tenders.
  6. Access of the particular tender would be disabled post tender deadline. Vendors would not be allowed to resubmit or edit the submitted tender.
  7. Opening of Tenders: ​The tender opening date will be mentioned on the website itself.
