Though not completely off-grid yet, plans are on to finally use sustainable clean energy throughout the campus.

Delicious, nutritious vegetarian food is served in the dining hall at Kaivalyadham. The food is sattvic in nature and the menu is Indian. Hot breakfasts, lunch and dinner are served and fruit  is served in the afternoon. Ayurvedic tea and fresh milk is served in the mornings and late afternoon. Panchkarma patients have their own special diet.

Guests, from all over the world, enjoy the simple, sattvic food.

"Sattvic foods are fresh, juicy, light, unctuous, nourishing, sweet, and tasty. They are helpful in achieving a balanced state–the foundation of higher states of consciousness, in which sattva predominates"
