This online workshop module is meticulously organized by Kaivalyadhama, a renowned Yoga Institute with a rich history as one of the oldest in the world. This unique workshop has been meticulously crafted, with a keen understanding of the needs of today’s generation, to enable the learning of the original Saṃskṛta Sūtras. Its purpose is to bridge participants closer to the authentic Saṃskṛta Śāstra, fostering a friendly connection with it.
This transformative module is dedicated to achieving the harmonious unification of the body, mind, and spirit, treating them as an interconnected system. Over the course of 6 sessions, the workshop seamlessly integrates theory, understanding, interaction and guided meditation.
This workshop seamlessly merges ancient yogic wisdom with practical application. Yoga, seen as a spiritual journey, aims to purify the mind (Citta). Sage Patañjali’s eight-step framework—Yama, Niyama, Āsana, Prāṇāyāma, Pratyāhāra, Dhāraṇā, Dhyāna, and Samādhi—methodically cleanses the mind, progressing from ethical conduct to withdrawing from worldly engagements. This transformative process leads to focused concentration and absorption in the Supreme reality. Join us to explore and understand these profound principles. As the workshop unfolds, it echoes the profound truth: “Each soul is potentially divine” The underlying purpose of human existence lies in realizing this Supreme Reality.
Designed with a contemporary approach, this workshop endeavors to demystify the Pātañjalayogadarśana, making it accessible and aiding in the complete understanding of its essence. By simplifying the teachings, the workshop seeks to offer participants a comprehensive grasp of Pātañjalayogadarśana.
