What are Auto immune disorders?

Autoimmune disorders are nothing but the war within us, where the body is literally attacking itself. Studies, research and experience have shown that Yoga can help manage such disorders at a physical, mental and emotional level. A lifestyle change backed by right yoga practices, diet and managing the mind can make a significant positive impact on those suffering from Rheumatic Arthritis, Thyroid, Lupus, Alopecia, IBD, Type 1 Diabetes, Psoriasis and other autoimmune disorders.

Part 2: Core Program

The Core program is designed to teach the techniques and implement them during the course of 10 weeks. Regular and sustained practice will result in desired benefits and outcome. The individual counselling sessions during the program will enable personal interaction with the facilitator.

Part 1: Foundation Program

The foundation program is designed to understand the impact of lifestyle on Auto immune disorders. Using Yoga as therapy can help make positive changes to improve the underlining health conditions.

About the Facilitator

The program will be facilitated by Renu Jain who is a certified yoga instructor from Kaivalyadhama and an example of a person who has won over Autoimmune disorders like Rheumatic Arthritis, Thyroid, and Alopecia. She has successfully reversed her antibodies within a period of 2 years by adopting a Yoga-based lifestyle approach. Other than teaching Yoga, she is an avid badminton player and is helping AI patients manage these disorders with simple Yogic practices.
