KaivalyaDhama

Psychological Benefits of Pranayama

An Online Course

About the Workshop

Pranayama is recognised as one of the most potent limbs of Ashtanga Yoga. Hatha Yoga Pradipika highlights, that for spiritual development, pranayama is the most important learning in yoga.

Kaivalyadhama over the years has taken special care in not diluting the message of ancient teachers and texts. Since our founding teacher Sri Kuvalyananda Ji had aspired to explain the yogic process through scientific apparatus, the tradition still continues.

Dr. O. P. Tiwari has always emphasised that Pranayama learning brings total integration in a personality. The workshop will be taught by Dr. O. P. Tiwari Ji and assisted by his student Nadia Faruki. This online workshop is a rare opportunity in Learning about the Psychological benefits of Pranayama with Master Dr. O. P. Tiwari on an online platform. We welcome our international student community and look forward to practicing together.

To give you a deeper understanding of the wisdom behind Classical Pranayama and the psychological benefits of these ancient teachings, we have developed an online course especially for you, where we will learn together.
