About the Workshop:

We are very happy to announce that we are continuing to hold Online Class – Sunday Traditional Yoga (Hatha) class from Kaivalyadhama, collaborated with Yoga & Wellness Chandra, Japan in the month of January. This workshop would bring you back to origin of authentic yoga which is an experiential science.

In yoga, practical understanding is more important than intellectual understanding. The practice brings you awareness what you need in this very moment.  It becomes healing power for yourself.

If you are looking for lightness of body and peace of mind, we are waiting for you and welcome you from our hearts.

These classes are based on Traditional yoga (Hatha) practice.

This is a precious opportunity to experience the effect of authentic yoga at home.

Who can Attend?

For attending this workshop, no experience of yoga is necessary.

What to Bring?

Yoga mat and water bottle.

About the Facilitator:

Shri. Neeraj Singh who is an experienced yoga teacher at Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, Lonavla will conduct Basic Asana Class according to the traditional yoga described in authentic classical yoga texts once a week in August. The class will be instructed in English along with a consecutive interpretation into Japanese by Dr. Motoko Saito who is a founder of Yoga & Wellness Chandra, Japan.
