Yoga for Enhancing Mind-Body Interaction and Beauty

It is quite unique to see someone smiling in the midst of a war.
Who do you think can laugh?
The one who knows the truth of the universe and that nothing is permanent here, only can laugh.

– Translation of Bhagwatgita 2.10

What?

Since birth, the body has been collecting toxins and clearing them as well (cycle of production followed by cleansing). But over a period of time, as the body is aging, the balance in this process gets disturbed. Therefore the organs, skin and bones start wearing down.

Why?

Good health depends on proper and purified blood circulation to the tissues and cells. If the right kind of fuel is consumed (food) and Yogic practices are performed daily, then surely it enhance the body, brain and beauty.

The first impression is the last impression and one of the most common expectations or desires that we all have is how we can enhance our body, brain and beauty to ensure that the first impression is one that is lasting. Through this workshop, we will be covering exactly that. How you can enhance your Body, Brain and Beauty through Yoga.

How?

Yoga practices help in balancing and enhancing the detox process and maintaining a youthful look, plus having better functions of the body. Over centuries, it has been known that everyone wants to have a fitter body, smarter brain and better beauty inside and outside.

Kaivalyadhama has been a pioneer in research in this field as a result of which it is proven that Yoga is truly a wonderful way of life. The benefits of Yoga are only really felt when one has adopted Yoga as a daily lifestyle.

He who is temperate in his habits of eating, sleeping, working and recreation can mitigate all material pains by practising the yoga system.

– Translation of Bhagwatgita 6.17
