5:30 am to 6:00 am – One glass lukewarm lemon water
6:30 am to 7:00 am – Yogic kriya (cleansing)
7:00 am to 8:15 am – Yogic abhyas
8:30 am to 8:45 am – Cold Pressed Juice 
8:45 am to 9:15 am – Walk
9:15 am to 11:00 am – Therapy in nature cure
11:15 am – 11:30 am – Pre-Lunch
11:30 am – Lunch 
12:30 pm to 1:30 pm – Rest
1:40 pm to 3:30 pm – Naturopathy treatment
3:30 pm to 4:00 pm – Fruits
4:00 pm to 4:45 pm – Walk
5:00 pm to 6:00 pm – Asana abhyaas
6:15 pm to 7:00 pm – Pranayama
7:15 pm to 8:00 pm – Dinner
8:15 pm to 8:45 pm – Interaction session

Program Fees – Rs. 7500 per week

Experience Kaivalyadhama

The weight management program is of minimum 7 days duration or longer. Check-in and out is fixed to Sundays. Please choose dates accordingly on the booking calendar.
