Our program does not require you to fast or simply stay on soups and juices. We focus on removing processed food from your diet by encouraging you to eat wholesome food, fruits and vegetables. Also, detoxification is a wonderful way to kick-start weight loss.

At Kaivalyadhama, naturopathy & Yoga have experts overseeing our strict weight loss program. We will provide you with a balanced diet plan, based on your specific requirements. We offer individual attention to each one of our clients, as we understand the uniqueness of bodily requirements and needs. Our weight loss program is more about practicing yoga & pranayama, naturopathy therapies & indulging in diet modification.

5:30 am to 6:00 am – One glass lukewarm lemon water
6:30 am to 7:00 am – Yogic kriya (cleansing)
7:00 am to 8:15 am – Yogic abhyas
8:30 am to 8:45 am – Cold Pressed Juice 
8:45 am to 9:15 am – Walk
9:15 am to 11:00 am – Therapy in nature cure
11:30 am – Lunch 
12:30 pm to 1:30 pm – Rest
1:40 pm to 3:30 pm – Naturopathy treatment
3:30 pm to 4:00 pm – Fruits
4:00 pm to 4:45 pm – Walk
5:00 pm to 6:00 pm – Asana abhyaas
6:15 pm to 7:00 pm – Pranayama
7:15 pm to 8:00 pm – Dinner
8:15 pm to 8:45 pm – Interaction session

Program Fees – Rs. 7500 per week
