Your registration fee of Rs. 5,000 (Rs. 3,500 for alumni) covers basic dormitory accommodation. However, if you prefer to book your own hotel stay, you may consider the near by hotel.
Yes, recording of the LIVE sessions will be provided from 15th December 2024 and will be available for a period of 30 days. You will receive the link of the recordings on your registered email id.

The on-the-spot registration is likely to be available, subject to availability of seats. Please email us at conference@kdham.com at least 1 week before to check availability. If available, the fee for on-the-spot registration will be Rs. 7,500/- and covers basic dormitory accommodation only. If you prefer, you may book your own hotel stay without any reduction in the fees. Please check the accommodation FAQ for a list of nearby hotels.
We allow dormitory accommodation up to 1 day before or 1 day after the conference/pre-conference workshop only to facilitate your train/flight arrival and departure. However, if you need to stay extra days, you need to write to us at conference@kdham.com to check availability. Please note that staying extra days will entail separate payments for dormitory accommodation and simple sattvik meals.
You may cancel your registration at any time at your own discretion. However, once the registration fee is paid, there will be no refund under any circumstances. Please refer to the terms and conditions for further details.
Once you register for the conference with a particular name, it is non-transferable. Thus, proxy attendance will not be possible for the pre-conference workshop and the main conference.

Lonavala is accessible from Pune, the nearest airport, and Mumbai, the nearest international airport. It's a 75 km road trip from Pune and a 90 km road trip from Mumbai Airport. The nearest railway station is at Lonavala, but not all trains halt there. Therefore, we kindly request you to plan your travel itinerary accordingly.

What?
As a curtain-raiser to the international conference, Kaivalyadhama will organise a pre-conference on “Out-of-the-box designs: Using qualitative approaches in yoga research” and “Yoga research: The proper choice of quantitative methods.”

This workshop will be held on 4th December in the afternoon from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Why?
This workshop is aimed at capacity building of people involved in yoga research, in turn improving the overall quality and scientific rigour of yoga research. As research methods is a core part of any course curriculum in the new Indian National Education Policy 2020, students and research scholars will find added academic value in gaining exposure to both quantitative and qualitative research methods. This workshop will up-skill the students for their research courses, projects and dissertations. Participants will also get a proper direction to search for resources to upgrade their research-oriented skills.
