Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility management and housekeeping operations.
- Coordinate check-in and check-out activities to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for guest arrivals.
- Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies, equipment, and guest amenities, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.
- Address participant and guest requests, concerns, and housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally.
