With the vantage of a century of study and health care practice in Yoga, our holistic Health Care Centre (with SADTG Yogic Hospital) at Kaivalyadhama offers customised and specialised programs for detoxification, healing, and rejuvenation.
The bespoke residential plans integrate Yoga with Ayurveda, and Naturopathy. The centre is fully equipped to administer people with chronic problems and lifestyle-related ailments such as obesity, diabetes, bronchial problems, heart-related disorders, stress, arthritis, insomnia. We also cater to guests who simply wish to pamper the body and relax the mind in a serene surrounding.
Tailored plans are recommended for people of all ages with exclusive healthy diets, treatments, and therapy schedules under close supervision of qualified medical practitioners. The programs include sumptuous ‘saatvik’ vegetarian food, massages, talks, mantra chanting, and immersive walks.
Special care is taken with a physician accessible on call. The warm and helpful staff aim to build a connect with you during your stay and take care of all your service needs. We also ensure that other necessary facilities are made available on request.

Daily Schedule
Our Dinacharya (Daily Schedule) is a very important aspect of your stay at Kaivalyadhama. We have designed the same based on the principles of Yoga, Naturopathy, and Ayurveda to ensure a holistic experience during your stay. From nourishment breaks at fixed time slots to practices at assigned hours and from wake up time to evening discussions, everything is carefully planned to reset your body clock for optimum performance and yet give you the flexibility to enjoy your therapies and self-time at Kaivalyadhama.

5 am | Wake up |
05:30 am to 06:00 am | Watch the sunrise with Herbal Tea and listen to the melody of birds. As you take a walk through the avenues of flowering shrubs and trees, you can breathe in the cool fresh air. |
06:00 am to 06:30 am | Time for shuddhi kriyas (purification). |
06:30 am to 07:45 am | Yoga Session - Join a Yoga Session and learn various Yoga-asanas and loosening exercises in the serene Meditation Halls (mandatory session). |
8:00 am to 8:30 am | Breakfast - Every day you have a different variety of freshly prepared breakfasts with fresh fruit & juices. Our food is vegetarian and saatvik, prepared in low salt, low fat, and low spice, without onion & garlic. |
8:30 am to 12 pm | Self Time - You can take your treatments at respective sections, as prescribed. |
12 pm to 1 pm | Lunch - A wholesome, nutritionally balanced lunch is served, according to the diet prescribed for you. |
1:30 pm to 4:30 pm | Time for recommended treatments or you can use this time to borrow books from the library or just relax in your comfortable rooms. |

07:00 pm to 08:00 pm | An early Dinner helps you end the day well and light. This also assures you get a good dose of sleep that you may not have had in a long time! |
08.00 pm to 8.30 pm | Health Talk - Experts educate about good health and its benefits. This interactive session helps individuals understand “How to make your Life Happy and Healthy”. |

Please Note:
- Our programs are designed for participants who are independent.
- We do not provide transport for commuting within the campus.
- We do not provide any attendant. It is advisable to understand the limitations before making a booking.
- The confirmation of the stay of the participant lies with Kaivalyadhama Management on arrival in which case the booking amount will be refunded.
The battle with the COVID-19 Pandemic is not over yet, thus we are taking every necessary precaution. Your safety & Health is our concern.
- We request you to please cooperate with us when we expect you not to move out of the campus during your stay.
- Adherence to COVID 19 appropriate protocols is mandatory.
- ***With the prevailing pandemic situations, Symptomatic participants may require to undergo a RAT test on discretion of the Medical Officer
