We also cater to guests who simply wish to pamper the body and relax the mind in a serene surrounding.

Our Dinacharya (Daily Schedule) is a very important aspect of your stay at Kaivalyadhama. We have designed the same based on the principles of Yoga, Naturopathy, and Ayurveda to ensure a holistic experience during your stay. From nourishment breaks at fixed time slots to practices at assigned hours and from wake up time to evening discussions, everything is carefully planned to reset your body clock for optimum performance and yet give you the flexibility to enjoy your therapies and self-time at Kaivalyadhama.

I came to Kaivalyadhama Yoga Center on Sunday and was greeted by enthusiasm and I felt positive vibes as soon as I arrived. I was put in the car in the pouring rain followed by hot tea at the reception. the tea was Ayurvedic herbal tea., it was still raining when I was taken to the centre and the staff put my luggage in the right place.
The doctors gave me a form to decide my personalized treatment and after filling out this form I was interviewed after that I decided to take a yoga and relaxation course.
My treatment started the next day at 5:30 am and my one-week course went very well. In which I was given yoga sessions, taught asanas, taught pranayama, and learned postures. Everyone in this yoga centre help me to grow.
Today I am in Mumbai.
My powers have increased.
Health has increased.
The concentration is high.
Increased flexibility in the body
Muscle pains are reduced

Kaivalyadhama is the best place on earth to learn eight limbs of yoga, and Dr. Ganesh Rao sessions on Patanjali yoga sutras is simply the best. I had attended his session in 2018 along with my daughter and it was a one week session, the schedule, the classes were so well designed that we didn’t know how the time flew. The food is totally satvik and the chef was extremely kind, everyone is so peaceful, happy and kind. When you go there it’s like automatically you get into a state of meditation.

Very good yoga, pranayama, ayurvedic and naturopathy weekly sessions and courses too. Have 4 types of staying facilities. Well thought out layout, facilities, food and the staff is humble and soft spoken. India's 1st Yoga collage. The food is satvic and simple, but tasty. They have academics for Ayur and Yoga. Cheap as compared to many other institutes. They have an evening talk session too, on wellness. 1 evening session of Tratak. Any day worth the money and best in this part of India. Kerala and Uttaranchal are too far for many.
