The bespoke residential plans integrate Yoga with Ayurveda, and Naturopathy. We also cater to guests who simply wish to pamper the body and relax the mind in a serene surrounding.

Tailored plans are recommended for people of all ages with exclusive healthy diets, treatments, and therapy schedules under close supervision of qualified medical practitioners. The packages include sumptuous ‘saatvik’ vegetarian food, massages, talks, mantra chanting, and immersive walks.

Watch the sunrise with Herbal Tea and listen to the melody of birds. As you take a walk through the avenues of flowering shrubs and trees, you can breathe in the cool fresh air.

Time for shuddhi kriyas (purification).

06:30 am to 07:45 am

Yoga Session – Join a Yoga Session and learn various Yoga-asanas and loosening exercises in the serene Meditation Halls (mandatory session).

8:00 am to 8:30 am

Breakfast – Every day you have a different variety of freshly prepared breakfasts with fresh fruit & juices. Our food is vegetarian and saatvik, prepared in low salt, low fat, and low spice, without onion & garlic.

8:30 am to 12 pm

Self time –  You can take your treatments at respective sections, as prescribed.

12 pm to 1 pm

Lunch –  A wholesome, nutritionally balanced lunch is served, according to the diet prescribed for you.

1:30 pm  to 4:30 pm

Time for recommended treatments or you can use this time to borrow books from the library or just relax in your comfortable rooms.

Health Talk – Experts educate about good health and its benefits. This interactive session helps individuals understand “How to make your Life Happy and Healthy”.
