Shri Sudhir Tiwariji received his primary and advanced Yogic and Ayurvedic training under the guidance of Swami Digambar ji, a disciple of Swami Kuvalayananda and his father Shri Om Prakash Tiwari. Sudhir also learnt pranayama and Hathapradipika from his father.
Brought up at Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, Lonavala, India amidst rich traditional yogic heritage of Swami Madhavdasji Maharaj, Swami Kuvalyanandaji and Swami Digambarji, a tradition kept alive by his father and a well known Pranayama master, Shri O. P. Tiwari. So now he travels all around the world conducting workshops in theory and practice of Yoga as an experiential practice (Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Chanting) and Ayurveda and with his familiarity of alternative western medicine he also correlates these disciplines. Testimonials
I don’t know how to put my experience in words. I started my journey at Kaivalyadhama with a CCY course, later to complete the PG Diploma course (9 months duration) in Yoga education. I can surely say, I came out a very different person. To start with, the faculty here are truly practitioners, you can see they’ve adopted Yoga as a lifestyle and are not just preaching it. This is what motivates you to bring change in your own life. Kaivalyadhama’s approach in teaching Asanas and Pranayama is traditional and most importantly backed up with scientific and philosophical evidence. I could go on and on about the greatness of this institution but to sum up in a few words, I would say, you will not only get a degree but also come out a wiser person at the end of the course. Forever grateful!
A perfect place where, I not only learnt but even witnessed the conference of Spirituality and Science....
I came to Kaivalyadhama with a view to do a professional course, which opened many doors not only in the context of my career but also in that of Spirituality.
Some features I loved about courses at Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala are:
1) No competitive rat-race (Yoga is/was never for competing with others but to win ourselves daily)
2) Experienced, Knowledgeable and student-friendly teaching faculty and other staff.
3) Lovely Campus, Saatvik diet, Peaceful environment.
I had an overall great experience of my life in these 9 months at Kaivalyadhama Lonavala attending the "PG DIPLOMA Yoga course" which changed for me to "Life Changing Yoga course".
Thank you, Kaivalyadhama!
Kaivalyadhama is that spiritual abode where a student can experience the true message of yoga as described in the scriptures. The G.S College of Yoga & Cultural Synthesis is an excellent choice to begin or go deeper into the philosophy and practice of yoga and integrate all the dimensions of it into one’s own life. Yoga is holistic and the environment at Lonavala envisioned by the founder, Swami Kuvalyanandaji is ideal for spiritual inquiry, evolution and the development of personality at all levels. My experience here has been transformational and I am grateful to everyone who has been a part of it.
I am Shweta Shelke from Solapur. I have completed my PG diploma in yoga education from Kaivalyadhama. My yoga journey started from Kaivalyadhama. I have learnt lot more things here....I came in this field for my physical and mental health, But after coming to Kaivalyadhama my interest towards yoga increased, Here I got practical and theoretical knowledge about yoga, Helping hands of all teachers, beautiful and very disciplined environment of Kaivalyadhama positively changed me a lot. I would like to tell that the havan at Kuti in the evening has had an impact on me. Overall, my experience was excellent. Also, I got the best student award and a 6-month paid internship. Lastly, I will tell you all, yoga is not only for physical health but also for mental and spiritual health. And I will try to spread awareness about yoga, and how it is important in life.
I am certified yoga therapist from Kaivalyadham Lonavala. I have done Diploma in Yoga Therapy in 2016- 18. I am fortunate enough to share my reviews regarding course and my experience about same. I am totally from non-medical background with bachelors of degree in engineering. My journey of yoga starts with this course and my relationship with Kaivalyadham family.
Diploma in yoga therapy has been designed in such a way that anyone from any background can do this course.
Well experienced teachers not only pay attention to minute details they make it so easy to understand all contents of course. The evergreen environment of the Kaivalyadham in lap of nature encouraged me to give my best all time.
