Guidelines for Onsite Participation
(Alumni)

These guidelines are meant to enhance your conference experience and ease the process of registration. Please note the following guidelines:

1. Please email your alumni proof (Kaivalyadhama course certificate) to conference@kdham.com. The alumni discount is applicable only upon submission of a valid document. Failure to submit the certificate will result in an additional payment of INR 1,500/- when you report to the venue.

2. Please log in to your account to stay updated with the latest information about Kaivalyadhama and the upcoming conference.

2. Join our WhatsApp channel for all conference-related updates (Joining link). This is a broadcast channel with only one-way communication from the conference team for you to stay tuned to important conference-related notifications.

3. The registration fee of INR 3,500/- includes a conference kit, access to conference sessions and workshops, a certificate of attendance, dormitory accommodation (refer to FAQs for further details on dormitory accommodation), all three meals on December 5th and 6th, and breakfast and lunch on December 7th, 2024.

4. If you wish to book separate accommodation in hotels around the ashram or in Lonavala, please feel free to do so. We recommend booking your hotel accommodation as early as possible since December is peak tourist season in Lonavala.

5. The registration fee does not include:

• Pre-conference workshops
• Early arrival, late departure, or extra days of stay in the ashram
• Hotel stay and travel around the campus and to your hotel

6. Upon arrival at the venue, please approach the registration desk to collect your delegate pass and conference kit. Please carry your ID proof as you may need it at the registration desk.

7. Kindly maintain decorum in your dressing and conduct in and around the ashram.

8. Please note that under no circumstances will the registration fees be refunded. Also you cannot appoint a proxy to attend the conference on your behalf if you are unable to attend.

9. Please note that children below 18 years are not allowed in the conference or on the Ashram premises during the conference period.
