Guidelines for Onsite Participation

These guidelines are meant to enhance your conference experience and ease the process of registration. Please note the following guidelines:

1. Please log in to your account to stay updated with the latest information about Kaivalyadhama and the upcoming conference.

2. Join our WhatsApp channel for all conference-related updates (Joining link). This is a broadcast channel with only one-way communication from the conference team for you to stay tuned to important conference-related notifications.

3. The onsite registration fee includes the following

4. If you prefer to arrange your own accommodation, there are several starred and non-starred hotels near the Ashram. Please refer to the list of recommended hotels. We recommend booking your hotel accommodation as early as possible since December is peak tourist season in Lonavala.

5. The registration fee does not include:

• Pre-conference workshops
• Early arrival, late departure, or extra days of stay in the ashram
• Hotel stay and travel around the campus and to your hotel

6. Upon arrival at the venue, please approach the registration desk to collect your delegate pass and conference kit. Please carry your ID proof as you may need it at the registration desk.

7. Kindly maintain decorum in your dressing and conduct in and around the ashram.

8. Please note that under no circumstances will the registration fees be refunded. Also you cannot appoint a proxy to attend the conference on your behalf if you are unable to attend.

9. Please note that children below 18 years are not allowed in the conference or on the Ashram premises during the conference period.
