Yogic Kavach to prevent diseases

This workshop aims to empower participants with the knowledge and practices of yoga that can bring about joyful living while acting as a protective shield against disease. Through yoga, participants will discover how to live with greater awareness, peace, and vitality—enabling them to lead healthier and happier lives. Some of the focus areas of the workshop are

Workshop Facilitator

The program will be led by Renu Jain, a dedicated Yogic Lifestyle Coach with a Master’s degree in Yogashastra from Kaivalyadhama. Drawing from a unique blend of scientific knowledge and traditional yogic wisdom gained at Kaivalyadhama, Renu has created programs that empower individuals to discover a healthier, happier way of life through complete self-awareness and enriched living. Her workshops and retreats have helped participants worldwide manage autoimmune and other lifestyle-related disorders.

Having personally dealt with autoimmune diseases, Renu effectively manages her condition through a yoga-based lifestyle. Thus, her teaching approach is experiential, simple, participative, and results-driven, grounded in the mind-body connection philosophy of Ashtanga Yoga. Renu has represented Kaivalyadhama on various platforms and conducted numerous workshops aimed at helping people manage autoimmune disorders through yoga. She is also the founder of Arka Yoga Mats, a leading brand of designer cotton yoga mats, and serves as a member of the Yoga Sectional Committee of the Bureau of Indian Standards.

In addition to her yoga programs, Renu is an avid photographer and a passionate badminton player. She believes in living life to the fullest and inspires others to embrace yoga as a lifelong source of joy and well-being.
