For 2 months post Vaginal Birth and 3 months post C -Section
(subject to medical clearance)

7:00 to 8:00 pm
(Monday to Friday)
(60 minutes)

Fees

1. Rs.3000/- per month for Monday, Wednesday & Friday
2. Rs.4000/- per month for Monday to Friday

Batch Size

15-20

Doctor Consultation: All members have to consult Kaivalyadhama Doctors and pay one time admission fee Rs.700/-. Follow up consultation with the Doctor is free.

Asanas for

1. Healing & recovery
2. Toning the abdominal muscles
3. Strengthening the core, back and pelvic floor muscles
4. Correcting overall posture
