Towards Meditation: Discovering Holistic Living

What is Dhyana (Meditation)?

Dhyana is one’s conscious journey towards holistic life and living, culminating into human completeness, referred to as Self Realization. This conscious journey is initiated through Comprehensive Awareness (Abhyasa) and Comprehensive Freedom (Vairagya), achieved through Pratyahara (‘positive withdrawal’ of senses from their objects), Samapatti (a complete, conscious merging with the object of meditation and Dharana (Yogic concentration).
