Integrated Holistic Living

In a world of competition, frustration, disappointment, challenges, and failures there is an ever-increasing need today for global consciousness to build and boost both physical and mental resistance. Psychology and Psychiatry identify and deal with simple to chronic mental anxieties to achieve sustained and improved moods, for a better quality of life. Yoga stimulates an inner balance through body cleansing, physical agility, and emotional enrichment. It naturally boosts positive endorphins to cope with depression and stress. Yoga stimulates restoration and relaxation for positive mind-body connections.

The 10th International Conference on Yoga and Mental Health: Scope, Evidence, and Evolution aims to initiate a futuristic debate and discussion for integrating traditional Yogic science with modern psychological systems, at the policy level. This symposium calls for a collective, scientific, and practical approach, to build global sustained resilience. We believe that effective frameworks can provide long-term answers to the world for the most powerful and economical ways to preserve, promote, and manage mental and emotional health – to lead a happy, enriched, fulfilling, and holistic life.
Conference Aims
Initiate debate and discussion to develop synergies in Yoga and Mental Health at a global level
Encourage futuristic frameworks that can be implemented
Address a range of mental well-being issues from routine conditions to chronic ailments
Publish effective solutions to be recommended at the policy level
