Weight Management with Ayurveda
Fostering a balanced lifestyle, Ayurveda focuses on a mindful and conscious living.
With a nutritious diet based on our body type, weight management through Ayurveda can help live a fulfilling and aware life.
Excess or less weight is often mentally disturbing and can have adverse effects on the physical functioning of our body.
Ayurveda uses the concept our body constitution and imbalances (doshas) to explain the root cause of our diseases and health concerns.
