Philosophical Foundation
of Pātañjala Yoga-Darśana

Course Overview

This course will provide a comprehensive and easy-to-follow introduction to the philosophical and psychological background of Pātañjala Yoga-Darśana. Yoga is not just philosophy; it is a science of the mind developed by Patañjali that is more relevant and applicable today than ever.

You will be able to discover how ancient Indian thinkers understood the nature of consciousness, how they understood human suffering, and how they developed a systematic practice for self-transformation.

The complex ideas of philosophy are simplified and made easy to understand and apply in your life.

The course combines philosophy, applied psychology, and meditative science in a seamless and comprehensive manner that will allow you to not just understand Yoga but also see how it works.
