The idea of wellness retreats has become quite common in the digital age of today since people search for complete health and a vital break from the world of technology. These getaways provide the ideal mixture of rest, self-awareness, and regeneration, providing a break for those seeking to find balance in their everyday lives.

According to Psychology Today, neuroscience now suggests that the brain’s reaction to digital addiction is similar to alcohol, drugs, and gambling addictions.

What is a digital detox?

The idea is very simple: A digital detox program getaway is a planned activity meant to assist busy people in taking a short break from technology and technological devices. Reducing stress, improving cognitive ability, bettering sleep quality and length, and so improving your overall health are our primary goals.

Common symptoms that indicate a need for a digital detox include increased screen time, difficulty in switching off from the devices, a constant urge to check devices, focusing, constant stress and strain, increased anxiety, and poor sleep quality. These issues often stem from excessive screen time and the pressure to stay constantly connected.

The Digital Detox (Kendrit) Program at Kaivalyadhama is designed to help individuals understand their digital habits, manage screen dependency, and regain emotional and physical harmony through Naturopathy and Yoga-based interventions.

Yoga Interventions

Yoga Therapy

One-on-one yoga sessions customized as per individual concerns other than general classes of Yoga.

Trekking through the serene mountains of Kaivalyadhama and the sacred Swamiji Caves allows participants to disconnect from their gadgets and reconnect with the beauty of nature.

Naturopathic Interventions

  • Partial Massages with specific herbal oils
  • Kansavati Therapy
  • Reflexology for palms and soles
  • Hydrotherapy: Cold compresses, arm & foot baths, Jacuzzi sessions
  • Mud Therapy: Mud packs and full-body mud baths
  • Aromatherapy: Inhalations and aromatic massages
  • One Full Body Massage followed by steam therapy
  • Acupuncture or Cupping Sessions – On Pay

Diet & Nutrition

  • Satvik Meals designed for detoxification and mental clarity
  • Fermented Rice with Buttermilk for probiotics – if required
  • Salads, Juices, Fruits, Dal, and Multigrain Chapati
  • Juice Cooler/Refresher served from Sattwa Cafe

Assessment & Outcomes

Participants undergo pre- and post-assessment through questionnaires,
if required as per the complaints related to other health issue.

  • Our programs are designed for participants who are independent.
  • We do not provide transport for commuting within the campus.
  • We do not provide any attendant. It is advisable to understand the limitations before making a booking.
  • The confirmation of the stay of the participant lies with Kaivalyadhama Management on arrival in which case the booking amount will be refunded.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, here’s what you can expect:

  • Cancellations made more than 1 month prior to your arrival date are eligible for a full refund, excluding any applicable transaction fees.
  • Cancellations made before 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will qualify for a 75% refund of the total amount paid.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be provided.
