Course Structure
Students begin with self-paced foundational yoga therapy modules delivered through pre-recorded and interactive online sessions. The content is presented in bite-sized learning units with MCQs, animations, and interactive exercises, guided by highly experienced teachers and practitioners.
After completing the online modules, students engage in 140 hours of experiential learning, combining:
- 100 hours of onsite, hands-on training at Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala, India, including practical sessions, case studies, working with patients, presentations, and supervised assessments.
- 40 hours of non-contact, self-directed learning, including self-practice, project work, and assignment submissions.
Certification is awarded upon completion of the full program - both online and onsite.
Students receive a carefully curated collection of classic texts authored by Swami Kuvalayananda, which serve as the core reference for both theoretical understanding and practical application of yoga therapy.

Experience at the Lonavala Campus
Kaivalyadhama sits on 180 acres in the Sahyadri foothills of Lonavala. Away from the noise of the city, surrounded by forest and hills, the environment itself becomes part of the learning. Life here follows the rhythm of the ashram. Being here provides the full immersive experience.
- Early Morning: Herbal tea, Suddhi kriyas and morning yoga abhyasa

Your own bath towel — this is not provided in the rooms. Yoga mats are available on campus, but you may bring your own. Comfortable, modest clothing is recommended throughout.
Yes. Assignments must be completed and submitted by email before you join the onsite training. This is mandatory.
