Position: Sr. Executive / Executive – Finance

Position: Sr. Executive / Executive – Finance
Join our Finance team to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations
- Support monthly closing and preparation of financial statements
- Manage vendor bills, payment processing, and receivables
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and records as per accounting standards
- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and MIS preparation
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, FCRA, PF, and Income Tax regulations
- Support statutory, internal, and government audits
- Coordinate with departments for financial documentation and approvals, Support project and grant accounting
- Ensure timely data entry and documentation in Tally and Excel
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial operations
- Contribute to digitization and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in trust/healthcare/education sector)
- Proficient in Tally, Excel, and accounting systems
- Monthly Salary Cap: ₹19,000 – ₹29,000

Position: Sr. Executive - Admin & Operation
Position Overview:
The Sr. Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations and administrative functions of Kaivalyadham. This role will serve as a single point of contact for all operational matters, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the office to ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle all administrative tasks including procurement, vendor management, office maintenance, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support HR and Finance teams with documentation, compliance, and other operational requirements.
- Manage office infrastructure, assets, utilities, and housekeeping to maintain high standards.
- Monitor and supervise third-party service providers for quality and performance.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records in coordination with the HR department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate (Any relevant field) + Minimum 3 years of proven experience in operations or administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
