Mindfulness and Meditation

Cleansing Kriyas

Rooted in the tradition, Shuddhi Kriyas are traditional cleansing techniques
that prepare the body and mind for deeper practices.

Hatha Yoga Practices

Yoga sessions are focused on Hatha Yoga, a foundational practice in the Kaivalyadhama tradition. Here, you will:

  • Align and Ground: Learn the principles of proper alignment and posture to enhance the effectiveness of your practice.
  • Cultivate Strength and Flexibility: Engage in asanas that build strength and flexibility, promoting both physical health and mental clarity.
  • Pranayama: Breathing practices that enhance lung capacity and promote relaxation, integral to maintaining physical and mental well-being.

Group Rituals

Engage in collective practices that foster community and connection, including:

  • Hawan Ceremony: Participate in a traditional fire ritual that fosters spiritual connection and community.
  • Tratak Practice: Experience candle gazing, where focused concentration develops mental clarity through the steady gaze at a candle flame. This practice fosters inner stillness and mindfulness, helping to sharpen focus and enhance self-awareness.
  • Sharing Circles: Reflect on experiences and insights gained throughout the retreat, promoting a supportive and nurturing environment.

At Kaivalya Bliss, we offer premium on-campus accommodation to ensure a peaceful, comfortable, and rejuvenating stay for your team. All rooms are located within walking distance of the activity areas and the Sadapurna dining hall, designed to provide convenience and tranquility throughout the retreat.
