Raja Yoga is an ancient Indian science which was revealed in the contemporary times by the great spiritual giant Swami Vivekananda. He communicated it to the Western intelligentsia for the first time in simple language and in the idioms of modern science, over a century ago. The Patanjala Yoga has been upheld by him as one of the most scientific form of Raja Yoga.

4.  Patanjali’s method of Raja Yoga

  • Techniques of Asana
  • Techniques of Pranayama
  • Techniques of Pratyahara
  • Techniques of Meditation

5. Active Practical Participation-Sessions

  • Study Circles: Open discussion and Q and A.
  • Practice of Self-awareness through Raja Yoga Meditation sessions.
  • Practical Kriya Yoga Session

The Teacher

Dr. Rajeshwar Mukherjee

Dr. Rajeshwar Mukhopadhyaya, is the Head of the Philosophical Research Division of Kaivalyadhama. He has been nurtured in the cultural ethos of ancient Indian wisdom with an inspiration from the teachings of Swami Vivekananda.
