What is SOHAM?
SOHAM is Kaivalyadhama’s immersive on-campus yoga therapy program specially designed for individuals suffering from chronic ailments. Through alternate healing solutions for the body, mind, and emotions, SOHAM offers holistic treatment.
It is a 14-day residential program that compassionately addresses physical, psychological, social, and emotional aspects of chronic ailments, addictions and co-occurring disorders. Through this two-week program, we work on your bodily stresses and mental anxieties caused due to continued ailments. By altering our perspectives, SOHAM helps us seek and understand the purpose and meaning of life for a positive outlook.

The Campus
SOHAM is nestled on Kaivalyadhama’s 180-acre sustainable campus in Lonavala. The healing environment itself is part of the programme. Every detail from the meals to the architecture to the daily rhythm is designed to support your nervous system’s capacity to recover.

Specializing in acupuncture and acupressure, Dr. Ritu utilizes these ancient therapies to address a wide range of physical and emotional conditions. A respected speaker and educator, she shares her knowledge on natural healing at national and international forums, promoting preventive care and holistic lifestyle management as the foundation of long-term health.
