"The world has enough challenges.
Let's give our children the tools to meet
them — with patience & confidence"
- A DIFFERENT KIND OF SUMMER
Three days of fun and more!
Kids today carry a lot. Base Camp is a residential experience built around one idea: that the most useful things a teenager can learn, they learn by doing, not by being told.
- Better focus — for exams, for conversations, for everything
- More patience — with friends, family, and difficult situations
- Confidence that comes from the inside, not from a result
- The ability to fall down and come back — every single time
- Reduced stress and negativity
- Life skills and leadership skills
- Three days of real friendships & memories they keep talking about
- WHAT HAPPENS HERE
Adventure, creativity and a little bit of magic
Every activity at camp is designed to be fun — and to teach something useful along the way. Teens pick this up later, at home, when they actually need it.
The Science Lab
Our Research Department runs live tests where teens measure their own focus, strength, and steadiness. They see real numbers move.
Campfire Night
A storyteller. Roasting potatoes. Songs, songs, songs.
Talent Night
Teens create and perform in one evening — art, theatre, music, spoken word.
Trek & Nature Walk
Guided walks through the Lonavala hills and the campus grounds.
Stargazing
Chanting, stillness, and a clear starry night sky from the Kaivalyadhama campus.
Team Challenges
Competitive games with a twist. They will also be exposed to basic yoga & pranayam.
- SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH DEPARTMENT
Where teenagers test themselves with real instruments — and see results in minutes.
Kaivalyadhama has been a yoga research institution for 101 years. At Base Camp, teens get a session in our working research lab: personal tests, personal scores, and a proof of something most adults don’t believe until they feel it themselves.
