Kriya Yoga Meditation Techniques

Join us for an interactive workshop where you’ll learn and practice these Kriya Yoga techniques in a straightforward manner, guided by Dr. R. S. Bhogal.

Participants in this workshop will learn easy-to-practice ways. The workshop will include guided instruction and will be interactive in nature.

In the realm of meditation, Dharana techniques lay the foundation, although meditation itself transcends technique. Kriya Yoga techniques, honed over centuries by Eastern Masters, provide a path to unlock meditation’s potential. They offer an accessible route for individuals to explore profound levels of consciousness, address existential challenges, and enhance their well-being, creativity, and intuition.

What Are Kriya Yoga Techniques?

Kriya Yoga techniques represent simplified meditation practices crafted by ancient sages. They cater to both the common householder and the dedicated Yoga Sadhaka, making meditation accessible to all. The Kriya Yoga technique, rooted in the Kaivalyadhama lineage and traced back to Manu Smriti, comes highly recommended by Swami Digambar Ji, the late Spiritual Head of Kaivalyadhama, a pioneering institute in Yoga research, training, and treatment.

Discover the Benefits

Extensive research and clinical evidence attest to the effectiveness of Kriya Yoga in managing and alleviating insomnia, migraines, tension headaches, body aches, hypertension, diabetes, anxiety, and various emotional disorders. Practicing Kriya Yoga can also lead to improved physical and mental stamina, inner contentment, and equanimity in the face of life’s challenges.

How Does Kriya Yoga Work?

In the Kaivalyadhama Tradition, Kriya Yoga employs techniques such as Anuloma Viloma Pranayama to cleanse the nadis, facilitating the optimal flow of Prana (life force) throughout the body.

Omkar/Ameen/Amen spreads Prana evenly. Chanting the Gayatri Mantra, or a mantra aligned with your faith, acts as a potent agent in safeguarding Prana from abnormalities.

Kriya Yoga harmonises Prana circulation, ensuring the proper functioning of psycho-physiological systems, resulting in robust immunity and a sense of psycho-physiological balance conducive to meditation.

Explore a Variety of Kriya Yoga Techniques

Our workshop covers approximately eight diverse Kriya Yoga techniques from various traditions, including Vijnana Bhairava, Upanishads, Bihar School of Yoga, Goraksha School, Himalayan Ashrams, Buddhist practices and others.

What to Expect from This Workshop?

Participants can anticipate transformative effects in their daily lives, including improved relationships, success in professional and family endeavors, and the psychophysiological benefits previously discussed. Kriya Yoga offers a comprehensive approach to holistic well-being.
