What?

Polycystic ovary syndrome is the most common reproductive and endocrine disorder affecting reproductive in women. It is a complex hormonal condition, with ‘polycystic’ translating literally as ‘many cysts.

Over 80% of women with PCOS have underlying metabolic disturbances. Insulin causes changes in ovarian follicles and ovarian hormone production.

Many women are diagnosed with PCOS during their early reproductive life and report feeling isolated, depressed and anxious about their fertility and appearance.

Why?

Naturopathy is a time-tested powerful treatment modality for treating PCOS.

This workshop will cover all the important PCOS management through Yoga & Naturopathy along with some diet modification.

How?

This workshop will guide participants to manage hormones and how to manage the lifestyle in a natural way with Naturopathy treatments along with Acupuncture.

The treatments which will be suggested are realistic and practical and designed for lifelong sustainability. Treatment aims to improve general well-being and promote lifestyle behaviours that reduce the expression of the disorder.

About the Facilitator

Dr. Santosh Pandey has completed B.N.Y.S, MBA (Hospital Administration) M.Sc. Yoga; he is also Reiki Grand master level 12, Advance Pranic Healer, PGDIA, and PGDIN. He has been awarded the President’s National award, and has also earned a Gold medal in Yoga and Naturopathy in 2005 awarded by the International Naturopathy Organization in New Delhi, India. He has over 20 years of experience in treating various diseases by way of Naturopathy, Yoga, and Acupressure & Acupuncture. He has extensive knowledge of Yoga therapy & Naturopathy, Wellness & Spa treatments, Basic & Advanced Acupressure healing. He has worked with various Institutes in the areas of Administration, Research & development, Consultation, Supervision, and Managing Operational Planning & Development. Dr. Pandey has participated in the International Conference on Yoga, Naturopathy and Arogya expo-2012 at Bangalore, AYUSH Ministry.

About the Facilitator

Dr. Ritu Prasad BNYS, MBA is Yoga and Naturopathy Physician from SHM college Bhopal. She completed her medical education in Yoga and Naturopathy in 2018. She is an expert in Yoga Therapy, Naturopathy Treatment, Acupuncture and Physiotherapy Treatments Modalities. She has been working with Kaivalyadham since the last 3 years in the capacity of Resident doctor. She is taking care of Naturopathy dept, Naturopathy workshops, Medical consultation and treatment prescription to patients at kaivalyadham.
