Join Yogacharya Sandhya Dixit for “Mudras and Bandhas for a Complete Yoga Practice” a workshop at Kaivalyadhama built around two techniques that turn Yoga from a physical routine into something deeper: a practice of self-discovery and inner stillness.
Asanas are only part of the picture. Mudras (gestures) and Bandhas (locks), practiced alongside Asanas and Pranayama, round out a complete Yoga practice. Together they help purify the senses, mind, and body, and open the way to deeper meditation and one-pointed awareness.
