Yoga is much more than just Asanas (postures). Mudras (gestures) and Bandhas (locks) are powerful techniques that, when combined with Asanas and Pranayama (breath control), create a complete Yoga practice. About the Facilitator
Yogacharya Sandhya Dixit stands as one of the most experienced teachers at Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala, boasting an impressive 39 years of expertise in the field of yoga. With a distinguished career, she has actively led workshops and training camps at both national and international levels. Notably, her 10-day online workshop series in March 2020, titled ‘Yoga for Senior Citizens,’ conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Ayush, received widespread acclaim and acknowledgment from thousands of participants. Since June 2020, Yogacharya Sandhya Dixit’s online Pranayama workshops have consistently garnered success. Participants in these workshops appreciate her unique teaching style, finding it both engaging and enriching. Her commitment and extraordinary contributions to the field of Yoga were recently recognized with the prestigious Swami Kuvalayananda Yoga Puraskar 2020, a testament to her dedicated and commendable work.
About Massimo:
Massimo began practising yoga at 12, a passion that led him to study Indian culture and spend several years training in India, including at Kaivalyadhama under Swami Maheshananda. He earned certifications in yoga instruction and therapy, integrating traditional practices with a scientific approach. Back in Italy, he has led workshops with renowned experts and now serves as Educational Director of “Il Laboratorio” in Varese, focusing on yoga for health, awareness, and personal growth.

- Recordings will be available for 15 days post-workshop. Please note that in any circumstances the recording viewing duration will not be change, so kindly view the recording as per the given time frame.

The additional amount, beyond the Basic Fee, serves as your generous contribution to meaningful causes such as providing food for cows, supporting underprivileged students, assisting poor patients, promoting organic farming, sustaining herb plantations, and advancing yoga research. Both fee options include the same benefits of the workshop.
