People get stressed sometimes. Do you know how to deal with the stress applying Yoga Therapy?

In a medical or biological context stress is a physical, mental, or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension. Stresses can be external or internal. It can alter, health and emotions as well, it can effect cognitive functions impairs concentration, attention, decision making ability and creativity.

Stress can be effectively managed in many different ways. In this workshop we will explore how by applying Yoga therapy you can manage with your stress.  Health experts have confirmed that yoga has relieved people from stress to a great extent. Yoga helps to build strength and utilize energy at the right channel during crisis or period of extreme stress.

With the practice of yoga, you can build a positive personality and a confident approach to handle and manage situations in a better manner.

About the Facilitator:

Dr. Santosh Panday has done B.N.Y.S, MBA (Hospital Administration); he is also Reiki Grand master level 12, Advance Pranic Healer, PGDIA, PGDIN. He has been awarded Presidents National award and Gold medal in Yoga and Naturopathy for year 2005 by International Naturopathy Organization New Delhi, India. He is result oriented professional with 20 years’ experience in treating various disease by Naturopathy, Yoga, and Acupressure & Acupuncture. Vast experience, Yoga Therapy & Naturopathy, Wellness, Spa Treatment, Basic and Advance Acupressure. Extensive experience in Institutes administration, Research and development, consultation, supervising, Managing Operational Planning and Development. He has participated in International Conference on Yoga, Naturopathy and Arogya expo-2012 at Bangalore, dept. of AYUSH.
