Traditional Yoga has been praised for its ability to positively affect one’s physical and mental well-being and it is one of the oldest forms of yoga. There is an ever-increasing need and awareness for stronger immunity, steady recovery, and a balanced healthy lifestyle. At Kaivalyadhama, we combine Yoga and advanced science to create and innovate synergies across health, education, and research in Yoga.
This yoga practice comprises a series of physical poses (or in yogi terms – asanas) that are designed to cleanse the body and mind, while also strengthening and building muscle.
It is rooted in these teachings: practice yoga in softness, stability and comfort, and expand your practice from this place, and this place only.
Regularly doing Traditional Hatha Yoga can enrich the mind, body and soul by opening channels of energy in the body and allowing it to flow freely.
This October month we will be focusing on “Yoga for Women’s Health” which is to bring awareness and support for Pink Ribbon campaign month for breast cancer.
