About Shri. Sudhir Tiwari

Shri. Sudhir Tiwari’s journey into the world of yoga began under the tutelage of Swami Digambar ji, a devoted disciple of Swami Kuvalayananda, and his own father, Dr. Om Prakash Tiwari. His primary aim is not merely to teach yoga as physical postures (asanas) but to introduce it as a holistic experiential practice encompassing various facets, including but not limited to Yamas, Niyamas, Asana, Pranayama, meditational techniques, mantra yoga, and Patanjali’s techniques of ishwar pranidhana.

Today, Shri. Sudhir travels extensively across the globe, offering workshops that explore into the theoretical and practical aspects of Yoga. These workshops cover a wide spectrum, including traditional pranayama, meditation, chanting, Ayurveda, and, notably, he integrates his knowledge of alternative Western medicine into these disciplines. Moreover, he serves as the leading instructor for the three-year Pranayama Teachers Training Course at Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala imparting his extensive wisdom to aspiring yoga teachers.

His guiding mantra is encapsulated in the words, “Breathe Positive, Breathe Yoga.”
