anxiety and depression. To adjust your lifestyle by bringing awareness and self-reflection.

This Workshop will help you fight with ill-effects of anxiety and depression like sleep disorders, emotional
disturbance, metabolic problems etc. It will help one work on the body and mind relationship and help to maintain a balance between the two.

According to Patanjali a mental disturbance results into imbalance in functioning at the psycho-physiological level (P. Y.S.I: 29). For this very reason Yamas & Niyamas would be of great help to restore psycho-physiological health & harmony
