Cancer is often seen as a battle, but what if we could redefine the experience? At Kaivalyadhama, we believe in an integrative approach—one that nurtures the body, calms the mind, and uplifts the spirit.

REMOVE TOXICITY – From Mind and Body

Modern medicine gives us hope through lifesaving interventions, such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy. However, in the process of these treatments, side effects can weaken immunity, strength, and general fitness. This program aims to strengthen individuals holistically through a scientific approach.

Similarly, the mind accumulates toxic thoughts-fear, anxiety, and uncertainty. Through the practice of Kriya Yoga, meditation, and guided psychological interventions, we empower individuals to transcend these emotional burdens. The goal is not just to heal but to transform the experience of illness into a state of inner balance.

A Journey Beyond Positivity and Negativity

Rather than defining oneself by illness, our approach fosters a state where cancer becomes a non-event—no different from a common cold. The mind learns to detach from unnecessary emotional upheavals, fostering a state of equanimity beyond positive or negative attachments.

Program Highlights

Therapeutic Yoga & Pranayama

Restoring vitality and strength through scientifically designed asanas and breathing techniques.

Meditation & Kriya Yoga

Managing stress and emotional turbulence with deep introspective practices.

Naturopathy or Ayurvedic Therapies

Detoxification and rejuvenation treatments to cleanse the body from within.

Psychological Wellness Sessions

Personalized sessions to help individuals structure their healing journey across medical, emotional, financial, and spiritual dimensions.

Strategy Planning for Recovery

Personalized sessions to help individuals structure their healing journey across medical, emotional, financial, and spiritual dimensions.

Empower Yourself: Addressing Illness as ‘Wrong Address’

One of the most powerful tools in recovery is a shift in perception. Instead of associating illness with suffering, our program teaches participants to treat it as a temporary guest-an event that has arrived at the wrong address. This mindset shift leads to a profound sense of control and well-being.

Participant Experience

I am cancer survivor having recovered from Lymphoma stage 4. Even after recovery, prevention of relapse is essential. So when program ' Yoga for cancer' care was flashed by Kaivalyadham, I sent my entry for 18th to 31st May slot. Before Covid 19, I was visiting K'dham every year. So I was confident of quality of arrangements in Kaivalyadham. In addition Kaivalyadham has connected itself in 'War against Cancer'. So arrangements in this program Were beyond expectation. Our coordinator Ragini ji took our care and guided us right from the day of registration. She took extra care to address every difficulty and problem during program. I noticed that all concerned i.e. coordinator Ragini ji, Yogacharya Sandhya ji, Dr. Ritu madam, Dr. Shrikant were fully aware of our medical history. Accordingly, they were suggesting yoga, Naturopathy and food specific to our case-requirements. Each of them gave Personal attention to our sickness and prepared us for cancer care explaining every aspect minutely and also elaborately. Sandhya ji used her all expertise and experience of 44 years for teaching us appropriate Yogasanas and Pranayama and to explain us in detail procedure/ method of Asanas & Pranayamas. In addition, sessions arranged with oncologist Dr. Shah, naturopath & dieticians Dr. Ritu & Dr. Shrikant enlightened us on Cancer care and preventive measures. Session on meditation by Dr. Santosh Pandey was commendable. The program was really wonderful and beneficial. This program has given us more confidence to face any such sickness in future. They have also guided us with preventive measures by yoga, Naturopathy and meditation practices. I sincerely thank both Ragini ji and Sandhya ji for conducting program and using their expertise with all empathy, affection and love for every participant. I would welcome periodically follow up of such programs. ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU ALL

KaivalyaDham, as the name suggests, is the place where one attains moksha from illness—both mental and physical. KaivalyaDham has been serving mankind since 1924, as it was established with this very aim through the organization of various programs. Yoga for Cancer Care was one such step towards humanity. After going through difficult treatment, a cancer patient is often left unsure about what kind of life to live—what to eat, what to avoid, and how to begin a daily routine. This Yoga for Cancer Care program, led by the most experienced Yoga Educators, teaches the correct way of practicing Shuddhi Kriya, Asanas, Pranayama, and meditation. Naturopathy treatment, prescribed by well-qualified doctors—Dr. Ritu and Dr. Shrikant—included expertly delivered massages and therapies, delicious and healthy food, various meditational and motivational lectures, and Kriya Yoga to help participants lead a healthier life going forward. It is a well-structured program designed for people who come here to experience and realign their routine accordingly. I highly recommend this program to cancer survivors who need to learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I would love to come again and again to attend such wonderful programs. I thank Kaivalyadham from the bottom of my heart for serving humanity in the best possible way.
